Description: A physical and
programmatic analysis of the existing facility identified a project that
will demolish a decrepit storage barn and expand an existing single story
office building with a new second floor and a two story addition including
24 new offices, a timber framed meeting room for 120 people, lift, kitchen
and bathrooms. Renovations will provide ADA compliance, electrical, HVAC,
communications and landscaping improvements. The character and detailing
of new work will reinforce the context of the existing campus..
